”Where have u been?”- my answer: waiting for you all my life…oh better, been half of my life sweating like hell, (in Portugal) other half freezing as heaven in the north pole in Sweden. So i’m burned out and cold after being exposed to 40 degrees above and bellow celsius. Saunas became playgrounds for me (hell yoga) and cold plunges became paradise to me. Need to fly away to new adventures now. Searching for some lava and some absolute zero.
